This job is responsible for assisting the imaging technologists, nurses, and radiologists with all daily activities of the department as described. Performs a variety of ancillary duties to expedite the performance of imaging procedures in the most efficient and safe manner, including, but not limited to visually monitoring patients who are either waiting for their procedure or waiting to be transported to their hospital room.Education
Required – High school diploma or equivalent
Work Experience
Required - None
Preferred - Work experience in an acute care setting or operating room environment
Certifications
Required - Certification in Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association within six months of employment
Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSAs)
