Description:

We’re seeking a talented Marketing Copywriter to join our Sales/Advertising team. In this role, you’ll create engaging, on-brand copy across multiple platforms, including web, digital, social media, email, print, product instruction materials, and more. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver content that is both creative and technically accurate, helping us connect with customers and elevate our brand.

• Write, design, and develop sales materials, instruction manuals, website features, and marketing collateral.
• Assist in the creation of product packaging and product videos.
• Ensure all copy is clear, accurate, and consistent with brand standards.
• Proofread and edit materials for clarity, grammar, and style.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Test Kitchen, Legal, and Customer Service teams.
• Handle multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
• Contribute ideas during brainstorming and creative sessions.
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in journalism, English, advertising, communications, or related field; OR 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong background in marketing and technical writing/editing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud (particularly Microsoft Word and Adobe InDesign).

Skills & Attributes

• Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading, and layout/design skills.
• Highly creative with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent research and communication skills for both digital and print content.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Comfortable collaborating with diverse departments.
• Fluency in Spanish a plus, but not required.

• Office-based position with extensive computer use (90–95% of the workday).
• Regular mobility within the office to collaborate with departments.
• Ability to access file cabinets and use standard office equipment (computer, printer, copier, scanner, etc.).
