Vice President for Financial Affairs/Chief Fiscal Officer
The VP for Financial Affairs/Chief Fiscal Officer is responsible for the overall financial management and budgetary oversight for the University. Provides leadership and vision for the management of the University fiscal and administrative operations, including Controller, Accounting, Student Financial Services, Facilities, Purchasing, Security, and IT, as well as campus expansion and capital programs.
Qualifications:
Master's Degree in finance, business, accounting or related discipline, CPA desired. Functional knowledge of integrated financial software solutions and management information systems; demonstrated capacity to successfully manage change; ability to think strategically; knowledge of local, state, and federal laws and regulations; knowledge of Title IV regulations and best practices as it relates to student financial aid packaging. Experience with tax-exempt financing, risk management, federal grant compliance and contract management desired. Has 7-10 years of progressive responsibility as a financial and administrative leader, preferably in higher education.
