Responsibilities - Create and update comprehensive technical documentation, including user manuals and installation guides for telecom products and services.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and developers to gather accurate technical information and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Maintain documentation repositories and ensure content reflects the latest changes in technology and processes.
- Write tailored documentation for diverse audiences, ensuring clarity for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Adhere to telecom standards such as 3GPP and maintain consistency in style and terminology across all documentation.
- Utilize industry-standard documentation and diagramming tools to produce high-quality content efficiently.
- Gather stakeholder feedback to enhance documentation usability and stay informed on emerging telecom technologies.
- Support knowledge sharing and best practices within the team, mentoring junior writers where applicable.
Qualifications You Have: - Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Computer Science, Technical Writing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of technical writing experience, preferably in the telecom industry.
- Familiarity with telecom technologies (e.g., 4G/5G, WiFi, OAM).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
It would be nice if you also had: - Knowledge of telecom-specific tools (e.g., Wireshark, network simulators).
