We are looking for an experienced Tax CPA who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for delivering exceptional client service. This role offers the opportunity to manage complex tax projects, provide strategic consulting, and mentor junior staff while contributing to the success of a growing public accounting team.
What Youll Do

• Tax Preparation & Review: Handle federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, corporations, and partnerships
• Strategic Consulting: Advise clients on tax planning strategies to optimize financial outcomes
• Research & Compliance: Stay current on evolving tax laws and regulations; conduct tax research as needed
• Audit Support: Assist with IRS and state tax audits when necessary
• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and training
• Project Management: Oversee multiple engagements and deliver results within deadlines

Qualifications:
What Were Looking For

• CPA license (or near completion)
• 35 years of public accounting tax experience (6+ years preferred for senior roles)
• Deep understanding of federal and state tax codes
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Proficiency with tax software and Microsoft Office Suite
