Compensation & Benefits - Base Salary: $110,000 - $140,000+ annually based on experience and location

- Shift: Flexible scheduling models available, including 4x10s, 5x8s, rotating weekends, and PRN

Job Summary We're hiring Nurse Practitioners across a variety of outpatient specialties including Neurology, Internal Medicine, Urgent Care, Wound Care, and Orthopedics. You'll join clinic teams in Alamogordo, NM that provide full-scope ambulatory care, serving local populations with efficiency and clinical autonomy.
Key Responsibilities - Perform physical exams, assessments, and diagnoses for acute and chronic conditions
- Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic tests as needed
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans
- Prescribe medications within scope and collaborate with supervising physicians when required
- Deliver patient education and preventive care counseling
- Maintain accurate EMR documentation in compliance with clinic policies and state regulations
Minimum Requirements - Compact or New Mexico Nurse Practitioner license.
- Board Certification (Family Nurse Practitioner, Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner, or appropriate specialty certification).
- Current DEA registration.
- +1 year of NP experience in outpatient settings (Strong new graduates may be considered).
Ideal Qualifications - Strong clinical assessment skills with ability to work autonomously.
- Excellent communication and patient education abilities.
- Comfortable working in outpatient clinic environments serving diverse patient populations.
