Office Assistant - Concierge & Guest Services

Location: Roseville, MN (100% Onsite)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Range: $23-$27/hour (Depending on Experience)
Employment Type: Direct Hire or Temp-to-Hire

This front desk receptionist and office support role blends customer service, administrative assistance, and hospitality responsibilities to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive experience for guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative & Front Desk Duties:

  • Greet and direct visitors with professionalism and warmth.
  • Answer, screen, and route incoming calls across multiple office locations.
  • Manage incoming deliveries and mail; ensure proper distribution.
  • Perform general clerical tasks: filing, data entry, email correspondence, and supply ordering.
  • Support internal teams with basic administrative projects.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Café & Hospitality Support:

  • Monitor and replenish kitchen and café inventory (coffee, beverages, snacks).
  • Brew fresh coffee and stock refreshments throughout the day.
  • Operate and unload dishwasher; maintain cleanliness of café area.
  • Ensure a welcoming and well-stocked breakroom experience for employees and guests.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in receptionist, front office, or administrative support roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Adobe.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills-both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time effectively.
  • Professional demeanor with a customer-first mindset.
  • Experience with office equipment (printers, fax machines, etc.).
  • Basic math and reasoning skills for problem-solving and inventory tracking.
