Position Overview The Director of Talent Attraction will lead the strategy and execution of ONEOK’s employer branding, sourcing, and candidate engagement initiatives. This role is critical to attracting top-tier talent across technical, engineering, and corporate functions, ensuring alignment with ONEOK’s values and long-term workforce needs. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive talent attraction strategy that supports ONEOK’s business goals and hiring volume (~1,000 hires annually). Partner with Talent Acquisition, DEI, Marketing, and business leaders to position ONEOK as an employer of choice in the energy sector. Employer Branding & Talent Marketing: Lead the development of compelling employer brand messaging that reflects ONEOK’s culture and values; oversee digital and social media campaigns, career site content, and employee storytelling initiatives. Sourcing & Pipeline Development: Build and manage proactive sourcing strategies for critical roles, including engineering, operations, and early career talent; leverage data and market insights to identify new sourcing channels and optimize outreach efforts. Technology & Innovation: Evaluate and implement tools (CRM, AI sourcing, events platforms) to enhance candidate engagement and pipeline management; collaborate with Workday and HireVue teams to ensure seamless integration of attraction efforts into the broader hiring ecosystem. Team Development: Identify team requirements and develop a small, targeted high-performing team of talent attraction specialists; foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. Qualifications 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, employer branding, or sourcing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven success in building scalable attraction strategies for high-volume, high-skill hiring environments. Strong understanding of recruitment marketing, CRM platforms, and sourcing technologies.
