Benefits for the CNC Machine Operator/Programmer:

• 40 Hours a week, OT Available

Tasks for the CNC Machine Operator/Programmer:

• Operate manual CNC machines including lathes, mills, grinders, and drill presses
• Conduct equipment maintenance and basic repairs
• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean workspace
• Build jigs, fixtures, and custom tools per blueprints and specs
• Use precision measuring tools to achieve tight tolerances
• Support engineering and production teams with one-off or short-run tooling
• Assist in producing valve samples and R&D prototypes
• Collaborate with engineers to interpret technical drawings
• Adjust machining processes to ensure part accuracy and finish

Qualifications for the CNC Machine Operator/Programmer:

• G-Code Programming
• Mazatrol Programming
• CNC Machines
• Must be detail-oriented and safety conscious
• Must be able to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time
• Lift up to 50lbs

Work Schedule for the CNC Machine Operator/Programmer:

• Monday-Friday 6:00AM-2:30PM
