Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services while addressing any concerns or issues raised by customers.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using data entry skills.
• Assist in outbound calling campaigns to follow up with customers or promote new services.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and improve overall customer experience.
• Utilize Microsoft Office and other computer applications to manage customer data efficiently.
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while communicating with clients and maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Analyze customer feedback and provide insights for service improvement initiatives.

Experience

• Previous experience in customer support or call center environments is preferred.
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are a significant advantage, particularly in English and other languages.
• Strong typing skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in data entry tasks.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills are required for daily tasks.
