Better Buzz Coffee Seeks Baristas In Avondale, Az

Join the team and help create a BUZZ that is felt, seen, heard & remembered. We inspire our guests to rise early, dream big & have fun!

We are looking for Baristas who want to work 22+ hours per week. Our Baristas are paid hourly at $15.00 and will be part of a tip pool.

We are always pushing forward, growing & improving to ensure we are the absolute best we can be for our guests & teams!

Better Buzz Coffee is a USDA Organic Certified Coffee Roaster. We are dedicated to our purpose of providing the Better Buzz experience by fueling each day with exceptional coffee and food in an inspiring environment.

Responsibilities

Baristas:

• Ensure that the Buzz Life Experience is being felt by each and every team member and guest backed by an amazing drink experience in a welcoming environment
• Have fun and create a BETTER EXPERIENCE with every transaction
• Understand and execute all recipes and standards
• Become part of the neighborhood and community
• Work in our kitchens - our teams are fully cross-trained to work all positions

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED graduate preferred
• 1-2 years of Food & Beverage experience preferred
• 1-2 years of high volume drive thru experience preferred
• New Store Opening Experience a plus
