We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Analyst to join our team on a long-term contract basis. Based in Fresno, California, this role is integral to ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial operations within our organization. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general accounting functions, coupled with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities:
• Manage accounts payable processes, including reviewing invoices and ensuring timely payments.
• Oversee accounts receivable tasks, such as preparing and tracking invoices to maintain accurate records.
• Conduct thorough account reconciliations to ensure financial data integrity.
• Perform billing functions, including generating and verifying invoices for accuracy.
• Analyze financial data and prepare reports to support decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and organizational policies.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting procedures.
• Provide support for audits by preparing necessary documentation and reports.• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
• Proficiency in managing accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Strong knowledge of billing functions and account reconciliation.
• Familiarity with general accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
